1 Corinthians 3:5-15

This week, John reminded us that we have all fallen short of the glory of God – making us all sinners in desperate need of a Savior. Despite race, gender, age, or socioeconomic status, without a relationship with Jesus we are destined for eternal separation from God. Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” The good news is that Jesus has taken on the sin of the world! For those who believe, our sins are removed from us as far as the east is from the west (Psalm 103:12). God desires a real relationship with us and asks simply that we receive grace through faith in His Son, Jesus.
