1 Corinthians 6: 1-11

Executive Pastor, Chris Seeby walked us through the early part of 1 Corinthians 6 this week. In another difficult passage on how we are to interact as followers of Jesus as a body, Chris took time to look at the impact of civil lawsuits and disputes within the Church. As believers we are to submit first to the leadership and wisdom of the Church. If we want accurately reflect the image of the perfect God, who lives inside us as the Holy Spirit, we must live life differently than those who are not followers of Jesus. One of the best ways we can do this is in how we handle disputes, grievances and personal offenses. Where can you do better this week to reflect God’s image in your life?

If you would like to talk more about how your story and the Gospel connect, we would love to hear from you. If you have questions, please feel free to ask them here.
