Owning Your Faith

We believe that High School students can own their faith and be priests within their radius.

Growing as a Disciple

Going through the teenage years as a Christian can be a bunch of fun and pretty difficult at times. It is worth every bit of work and effort and it’s not something meant to be done on your own. As followers of Jesus, we must intentionally put ourselves into safe relationships with other followers of Jesus and then we have to take a risk and share our lives (positive and negative) with those people. It is in this type of community that we are transformed. At RADIUS, our goal is to provide a space where students can learn and grow in relationship with Jesus, build friendships with other students, and have some adult leaders who will cheer them on as they learn to own their faith. This happens primarily in our Sunday night gathering and through some specific calendar events. Make sure you check out the rest of our webpage to see how you can get connected.

What to Expect - Sundays

High School Students gather on Sunday nights at 6:45PM in Building 314 (RADIUS-Lexington). As we learn to own our faith, we spend time studying the Scriptures, participating in service nights in our community and by taking time to just “hang out” in community by playing games and having fun together. For a full schedule of activities, be sure to download our mobile app and check out the “Students @ LX” page.

Shawn Crews | High School Student Pastor

My wife Haley and I have been married for 5 years and have two wonderful kids, Moxley and Finley. I am a proud Air Force brat born in Bitburg, Germany. In our free time, we enjoy spending time with my friends doing anything athletic, hiking, and kayaking. I have been involved in student ministry since 2005 through various organizations (local churches, Salkehatchie, Campus Crusade). While at USC, I got my degree in Economics (2010) and did some additional work in Religion and History. Haley and I have called RADIUS Church home since 2011.
