1. What is the price to use the facilities?
Pricing varies on a case by case basis as it is determined by what room(s) you use and what type of resources you need. Pricing is assessed after the initial request is submitted.
2. Do I have to attend RADIUS Church to use the facilities?
Attendance at RADIUS Church is not necessary to use our facilities. However, events hosted by non-RADIUS Partners are required to have an approved Event Coordinator on site as designated by the Facilities & Technology Coordinator.
3. Can I set up for my event the day/evening before?
Set up times are determined on a case by case basis as the calendar allows. Please feel free to ask for day before set up, but please note that it may not be available depending on the current calendar.
4. How early can I get in to set up before my event?
Entry / Set up time is determined by the current bookings on the calendar and therefore is worked out on a case by case basis. Please submit the entry time you would prefer but be advised that it may not be available based on the current calendar.
5. How late can I stay for my event?
We want you to be able to fully enjoy your event. However, we do have to take into account that our facilities are used for more than just events. Events scheduled during the week have an ending time of 10:00pm. Events scheduled during the weekend have an ending time of 11:00pm. You may request a different ending time but that is subject to the current calendar.
