Plan Your Visit

Relax. We have no expectations of you on your first visit, and will not single you out. Our goal is for you to have some space in life where you can encounter the living God through prayer, worship, and teaching.

Our worship services typically last 75 minutes, and dress is casual, including jeans and shorts. We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before the service starts. This will give you time to park, check in your children to RADIUS Kids, and grab a snack or drink from the cafe prior to the service starting.

Interested in knowing more about how and why we worship? Check out our “Theology of Worship” paper.

At RADIUS Church, we want kids to know God’s story, make friends and have fun. Both our preschool and elementary areas are safe places that encourage fun, friendships, and discovering more about God in an age appropriate way they can understand. Our awesome team of trained volunteers works hard to ensure that your kids will love coming to church!

You will start by checking your family into our computerized database to help ensure the safety of your kids. One of our team members will walk you to your child’s group where you will meet their amazing group leader. All of our RADIUS Kids volunteers are background checked and trained to guarantee your child has the safest and best experience possible.

The Gospel & You

Following Jesus

Our goal at RADIUS Church is to make Jesus famous in our community and around the world. The Scriptures are clear that Jesus is the only way to heaven (and eternal life) [John 14:6]. They are also clear that Jesus will one day return to make all things new and establish His eternal kingdom here on earth [Hebrews 9:28, Revelation 1:8; et. al.). We would love nothing more than to have a conversation with you about how you can connect with Jesus and His gift of eternal life. If you would like to have that conversation, please reach out to us here.

The Church has been baptizing believers for 2000 years as a way to publicly declare allegiance to Jesus. While public baptisms can seem overwhelming for some, it is the prescribed method for public declaration of our faith and can be viewed as a “sermon without words.” Public baptism is an act of obedience that symbolizes the faith a believer has placed in Jesus. If you would like to be baptized, you can let us know here.

Connect in Community

Community Groups

Why Community?

It is not good for man to be alone. (Genesis 2:18)

When God spoke these words, Adam lived in the garden of Eden – paradise still at his fingertips. Even though he walked with God daily, his joy was still incomplete without others to share it. Adam’s ache and desire for lasting relationships was not a result of the Fall or of sin – they were a core attribute of his perfect humanity.

In the New Testament, passages like John 13, Ephesians 4, Galatians 6 and Hebrews 10 develop the theme of relationships even further. We are told to love one another, forgive one another, bear one another’s burdens, and to spur each other on toward love and good deeds.

God made us for community.

RADIUS Partners want to stand up and be counted on. They desire to play a critical role on the team. The don’t see the church as a place to come and receive religious goods and services, but rather as a people doing God’s work in their radius. Simply put, partners want to carry real weight, not just a title. They want to be an active member of RADIUS’ team, not just a fan in the bleachers.

The Partnership Process

Partnering with RADIUS is a simple process. If you are new to RADIUS, or simply have questions about our goals, beliefs, or leadership, then you need to attend a Next Steps. This gathering gives you an opportunity to meet some of RADIUS’ leadership and get your questions answered. Sign up for Next Steps below.

After completing Next Steps, you will have the opportunity to sign up for Partner. At Partner you will share a dinner with others committing to RADIUS by signing a Partner Covenant. (view sample Covenant)

Meet Our Staff

Ryan Molony | Campus Pastor

Courtney and I have been married since 2004 and have 3 children (Durham, Hyatt, and McCoy). We have attended RADIUS for 5 years and I just recently joined the staff as a Groups Pastor.  I love spending time with my family, playing golf, the Gamecocks, and Phil Mickelson. I don’t like Clemson or anything orange. As a child of the 80s, I pride myself in knowing everything there is to know about Saved By The Bell. I graduated from Presbyterian College, where I played football and received a B.A. in Religion. I completed my Masters in Education Administration from CIU.
